Short, because the site does little that needs governing. It publishes public business records and buying guidance. It sells nothing, holds no accounts, and stands between you and no transaction.
What we are, and are not
Seek Tech is a directory. We are not an agent, broker, reseller or intermediary for any company listed. We take no commission, receive no referral fee, and are not party to anything you agree with a supplier you found here.
Nothing on this site is an endorsement. A listing means a public record exists — it is not a recommendation, a vetting, or a statement that a company is suitable for your work.
Accuracy
Listings are compiled from public business records and are provided as they stand. Businesses move, close, rebrand, change numbers, and are sometimes miscategorised at source. We do not warrant that any listing is current, complete or correct, and you should confirm details with the business directly before relying on them.
The counts, ratings and rankings shown are calculated from those records. What they measure, and what they do not, is set out in how we compile this.
Guidance is general, not advice
The buying guidance across this site — including the "ask for" notes and the guides — describes what to request of a supplier in a category. It is general information about a category, never a statement about an individual company, and it is not legal, regulatory, financial or technical advice for your situation.
Licensing and certification requirements in Malaysia change. Confirm anything you intend to rely on with the issuing body.
Links to other sites
Listings link to company websites, WhatsApp and Google Maps. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Using the site
You are welcome to browse, link to any page, and quote from it with attribution. Please do not bulk-scrape the directory, republish it wholesale, or use the records to send unsolicited marketing to the businesses listed — those companies did not ask to be contacted, and a directory being turned into a cold-call list is the main way sites like this become a nuisance to the trade they cover.
If your business is listed
You can have your record corrected or removed, unconditionally and free, without giving a reason. See corrections and removal.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on a listing, from dealings with any company found here, or from the site being unavailable.

These terms may be updated as the site changes. The current version is always the one on this page.
